Before August 9, 2006
We are two middle-aged women who live together and share lots of
adventures. We are planning on spending our old age in a rocking
chair on a porch south of the US border talking about all of our great
adventures. Hopefully between the two of us we can remember the
places, the people and the stories to go with them. We hope our
friends will join us on the same porch so we can whoop and holler
together.
Colleen is a retired CPA and Kathe is retired from a multitude of things
as she had a short vocational attention span. We started traveling
fulltime in a motorhome departing from Santa Fe, NM on July 2, 2003.

KC is a 2003 38' Newmar Kountry Star motorhome. She has a CAT 3126 330hp diesel engine, an Allison 6
speed transmission, 2 slide outs and lots of character. She willingly takes us where we want to go and does it
with alacrity. Having a movable home means that we always have our own bed to sleep in even if the neighbors
and vista change regularly. Kathe thinks it beats those days of sleeping on the ground when camping and
Colleen misses her tent.

After August 9, 2006
Colleen passed away on August 9, 2006 and so I go on without her....I have sold our beautiful Newmar
motorhome and am now traveling in a 10 year old 24' Class C. I will continue with our plans to develop the
property in Mexico and will keep this website current. I will try to avoid being too maudlin, but tears flow easily
right now. I miss Colleen.
